Learning Experiences for Organisations

 

AFRY

Associated consultant running and managing AFRY Academy and learning initiatives within, for example the global Brave Leadership I programme and Project Management in Practise. We've also built and launched an internal leadership portal catering for 1500+ leaders at AFRY with inspiration, tools and alumni events calendar. February 14th also saw the first Brave Leadership I Alumni event moderated by me.

THORENGRUPPEN

Associated consultant facilitating an idea generation workshop along 9 other facilitators and with 1400 attendees. The workshops ran over two half days during Thoréngruppens yearly conference. This conference was held in Piteå, Stockholm.

WILLYS

Associated consultant leading the learning design of training 34 change leaders to focus on change leadership and facilitation to bring this new mindset and approach to the rest of the organisation. The programme included a Bootcamp for the 34, as well as facilitation support of 4 parallell workshops during the yearly leadership conference. I also facilitated a LEGO Challenge for Willy’s 350+ leaders to set the scene.

 

ADIDAS

Associated consultant working with Hyper Island Business Transformation team I was invited to co-facilitate a futures workshop with ADIDAS in Germany.

SANTA MARIA

A workshop on group dynamics involving LEGO Serious Play, Group Dynamics theory and a Active Listening Challenge. We started the workshop with a get-to-know-you session in a ball pit! This workshop was held at Happy Tammsvik outside Stockholm.

FOODMARK

Innovation Workshop for Foodmark looking at Sauces of the Future. Over the course of a day, the group created 13 new ideas per four innovation areas: DIY, Sustainability, Health and Time. As well as 13 Headlines from the Future to top it off!
