Course Leader

I possess a hidden superpower that not everyone may be aware of – an extraordinary blend of design, art direction, and learning expertise.

With over a decade of experience as a graphic designer and art director, followed by another decade as a learning professional, I understand the crucial role creativity plays in driving innovation and engagement. This is why I have curated Dare to Create, the ultimate course tailored to empower L&D professionals in unleashing their creativity.

My recent roles as Program Director for Digital Design & Strategy at Berghs School of Communication, Program Lead for MA Digital Management at Hyper Island, and Graphic Design Teacher at Shillington College have equipped me with extensive course and program design experience. Additionally, I am a frequent guest speaker at prestigious institutions such as The School of Art, Architecture and Design at London Metropolitan University and Hertford Art School at University of Hertford.

As an independent Learning Consultant, I have also designed and delivered a wide range of transformative learning experiences. From culture transformation programs that foster inclusive and innovative environments to feedback culture courses that empower individuals and teams, my expertise extends to various areas of organisational development and learning.
